IN-HOUSE AD AGENCY. Radiant Recruitment has its own in-house advertising agency to develop and place recruitment materials. Since we are dedicated to supporting participant recruitment efforts on clinical trials, we understand participant motivation as well as the regulatory component, allowing us to expedite IRB approval. Creation and placement of media is based on more than just market data and focus groups. We are guided by 15 years of real world experience in the field of participant recruitment.
DEDICATED CALL CENTER. Established in 1992, our Call Center exclusively conducts clinical trial participant pre-screenings. No other call center in the country can make this claim. Radiant Recruitment’s Call Center has pre-screened over 1,000,000 potential participants. Call Center staff average two years of experience in clinical trial pre-screenings. Our education programs train staff in customer service, medical terminology and the clinical trial process. Accuracy and customer service skills are continually reinforced through Radiant Recruitment’s Quality Assurance Program.
CLEAR, CONCISE, DATA. Sponsors and Investigators benefit from Radiant Recruitment’s proprietary exclusion reporting software which identified where and why participants fail in the participant pre-screening process. Our Call Center tracks the advertising source and associated costs of each response. This efficacy and cost-per-response information allows us the flexibility to modify the recruitment plan mid-course if needed and shift resources into more productive recruitment vehicles. Referral logs detail the outcome of pre-screenings at the Call Center. Status reports with critical project and efficacy information are provided to the sites each week.
