KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON - August 19, 1999 - Radiant Research, a leading Site Management Organization (SMO), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Metroplex Clinical Research Center (MCRC)-a premier clinical research facility in Dallas, Texas. The research facility is directed by Roy Fleischmann, M.D. and Stanley Cohen, M.D. Both Drs. Fleischmann and Cohen are board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Metroplex Clinical Research Center has conducted over 400 clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic categories. Roy Fleischmann, M.D. and Stanley Cohen, M.D. are among the country's leading researchers in women's health, rheumatology, osteoporosis and gastroenterology. They each have over 15 years of research experience and have published extensively in professional journals.
