Radiant Media utilizes a multi-faceted approach for participant recruitment that includes media, community outreach, health fairs, public relations and use of a full-time dedicated call center. Services can be individually tailored to each site. We assign a Project Manager to support participant recruitment activities. Our Project Manager will:

• Develop a site recruitment plan including:
• Media plan - determine media vehicles, frequency, etc.
• Community outreach - health fairs, PI lectures, educational lunches, etc.
• Direct mail - postcards, physician letters, mailings to physicians/pharmacists, etc.
• Educational lunches for potential participants
• Develop participant retention strategies and programs
• Facilitate communication of best practices amongst the sites
• Problem solve and trouble shoot project wide issues
• Collect and report performance data on a periodic basis
