Charles Fairchild
Mr. Fairchild joined Radiant Research as Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Fairchild spent 14 years with Deloitte & Touche where he worked extensively with healthcare providers and healthcare insurers. He has worked with publicly traded and private companies and has worked in the Deloitte & Touche offices in Prague, Czech Republic and Barcelona, Spain. Mr. Fairchild is a certified public accountant in the state of Washington and received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Julie McHugh
Ms. McHugh joined Radiant Research as Director of Information Technology in 2000. She became the Director of Participant Recruitment Services in 2003 and Director of Regional Operations in 2004. Ms. McHugh assumed the role of Vice President Late Phase Clinical Research in 2005. Her professional experience includes more than 12 years in both the government and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Radiant Research, she was Director of Information Technology for Hill Top Research, Inc., a clinical and consumer trials company. She was previously a Project Manager for Science Applications International (SAIC), a major defense contractor and the largest employee-owned research and engineering firm in the US. While at SAIC, she designed software for the commercial healthcare industry. Ms. McHugh began her career at SRA International, Inc., where she developed computer systems for the government. Ms. McHugh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Dayton.
Vita Lanoce

Ms. Lanoce joined Radiant Research as a Site Director in 1998 and became Regional Director of Operations in 2000 followed by the Director of Clinical Operations in 2002. Ms. Lanoce assumed the Vice President Clinical Operations duties in 2005. Her professional experience includes more than 22 years in the clinical research industry. Prior to joining Radiant, Ms. Lanoce was the Managing Partner and Director of Clinical Operations for two clinical research facilities located in Stuart and Lake Worth, Florida. Prior to that, Ms. Lanoce held a variety of positions in the biopharmaceutical industry including Clinical Scientist at Bristol-Meyers Squibb and Regional Manager for Covance (formerly Corning Bessellar). She is a member of several industry organizations including ACRP and DIA where she has presented on several topics relating to industry trends. Ms. Lanoce has presented at the annual meeting of the American College of Cardiology and has been published in Circulation and the American Journal of Physiology as well as several other medical journals. Ms. Lanoce earned a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattanville College and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Michael Kritschgau
Mr. Kritschgau joined Radiant Research as the Director of Regional Operations in 2003. He later became the Director of Patient Recruitment in 2004 and was responsible for patient recruitment at all Radiant Research sites. Mr. Kritschgau assumed the role of Vice President, Radiant Recruitment in 2008. He has been working exclusively in patient recruitment for over ten years. Prior to directing recruitment for Radiant Research, he was responsible for patient recruitment at the largest independent research site in the country. He specializes in database building and advertisement creation and placement including endpoint analysis regarding the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns. He advised several CRO and pharmaceutical sponsors on recruitment strategies to speed enrollment on their projects and has served on the advisory committee of several health related organizations. Mr. Kritschgau formerly taught Small Group and Public Communications courses at the College and University level. He received his BS from Central Michigan University and his MA from Eastern Michigan University.
Jerry Pfeifer
Mr. Pfeifer joined Radiant Research as Director of People Programs in 2000 and assumed the Vice President People Programs duties in 2005. His professional experience includes over 20 years in the Human Resource profession working within the retail, hospital and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Pfeifer's areas of expertise include leadership and team development, compensation, and employee relations. Prior to his work with Radiant, Mr. Pfeifer served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Quintiles Transnational. Prior to Quintiles, he worked as Director of HR for clinical research at Hoescht Marion Roussel, as well as HR Consultant for Marion Merrell Dow and Marion Laboratory. Prior to his pharmaceutical industry experience, Mr. Pfeifer worked as HR Manager for a national 200 site retail company. Early in his career Mr. Pfeifer worked in several hospitals with roles that included Assistant Hospital Administrator. Mr. Pfeifer holds a Bachelors Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. |
